🛒 When You Can Cancel

✅ Before Order Confirmation

  • You may cancel your order before it is accepted by the restaurant
  • A full refund will be issued in such cases

⛔ After Order Confirmation

  • Once the restaurant accepts and starts preparing the order, cancellation may not be possible
  • This is because food preparation begins immediately to ensure timely delivery

🚫 Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The food is already being prepared
  • The order is out for delivery
  • A reasonable preparation time has already passed

⏳ Delayed Orders

  • If your order is significantly delayed, you may contact support
  • Cancellation or compensation will be decided after verification

📍 Incorrect Details

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded if:
    • Incorrect address is provided
    • Customer is unavailable or unreachable

💳 Refund on Cancellation

  • If cancellation is successful (before confirmation), refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Cancellation requests are subject to system status and restaurant confirmation
  • Repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions
